You should install mods with JSGME same as you do Silent Hunter mods.
Please search google for how to use JSGME as there are many different tutorials and guides for it. However here is our batch file command line:

Then I create directory "x" in the StreamingAssets dir and place all mods there. The actual mod files are under "override" directory. Like:
C:\Games\ColdWaters\ColdWaters_Data\StreamingAssets\x\Disable_Overpowered_Planes\override\
